A message from Coach Jorge:
I am so excited to be coaching for another year at EVJ. I have been coaching for the last thirteen years in Arizona. I'm looking forward to continuing teaching and sharing the skills of volleyball and develop players on and off the court. One of my biggest philosophies is helping players grow as individuals and at the same time teaching them the importance of team culture. To obtain success we need to operate in a positive and friendly environment for everyone. I respect and value the game, players and families and always expect the same in return. I absolutely love coaching! It’s one of my life’s passions. It feels great to be able to give back and positively influence, mold, and change/improve these young minds and lives.
