As the leader of EVJ her strong business and financial acumen combined with her extensive volleyball credentials provides the leadership necessary for EVJ to continue to set the standard in AZ club volleyball.  Jen understands the value and importance of a strong coaching staff and she partners with her staff to set policy and direction at the team level to ensure consistency and accountability throughout the program.  Jen was inducted into the Corona del Sol Hall of Fame in 2013 (first student athlete entering inaugural class) and was a standout player at Arizona State University, her pedigree is impressive but her servant leadership is the reason for EVJ's success.

Jen has a passion for coaching and started her coaching career as a young athlete playing volleyball during her junior year at ASU. She joined EVJ's staff in its third season of operation (1992) and is entering her 33rd year with the organization. During her coaching career, Jen has coached at every level from the 10's through the 18's, National, Regional and Futures teams.

In 2000 Jen started EVJ Sports Camps (now a dba of Volleyball Unlimited) and for more than 22 years she has led the Player Development Program in partnership with EVJ. The program, which offers camps, clinics, youth academy and specialty training has trained thousands of young women in the sport of volleyball. Jen is not currently coaching a team for EVJ but she continues to manage the specialty training for EVJ's club teams and the player development programs.
