Tim Jarnagan

Head Coach

A message from Coach Tim:
My philosophy is that sports should be fun and rewarding. I believe those who work the hardest typically get the most out of the experience. I will push my players to be the best individuals and teammates they can be on and off the court. Sports is not only a game but a classroom where players have the opportunity to learn about themselves, how to work with others, and what it takes to be successful. If I can play a small part in helping teach these values while developing your child’s skills playing volleyball (and trying to win while doing it), then I have succeeded in my role as coach. I am looking forward to a great season!

  • I have been involved with volleyball both as a player and a coach since 1990 when I made my first high school team in Southern California. From there I fell in love with the game, the culture and the people. After a successful high school career, I started my coaching career as an assistant for the high school men's volleyball and basketball teams. After college I continued to coach recreational teams merely for the love of sport and the chance to teach the game to the next generation, including my own kids.
