A message from Coach Manny:
As a new face to the EVJ staff in 2021, I felt right at home with the culture and family environment that EVJ offers. Coming from a small AZ community, I understand how culture and family is so important when creating relationships with athletes.
My coaching philosophy is simple but very impactful. Small details matter. My strengths lie in fundamental skill development, emphasizing on the details one might not think make a big difference. I like to challenge athletes by pushing them out of their comfort zone. Most growth happens when you’re uncomfortable! I’m excited for the upcoming season at EVJ!
