Futures Academy

The Futures Program is offered for players in 1st-6th grade who are beginners or have little experience.  Certain programs will be open to beginner 7th-8th graders,  they will train independent and will be paired with players of similar age.

The Program focuses on the six basic fundamentals of volleyball (setting, passing, floor defense, serving, hitting and blocking) in a variety of formats, including a multi session, multi-week Academy, multi-day mini-camp and clinics, and open gyms.

Through drills and repetition with an emphasis on beginners we provide an environment where technique, feedback and touches on the ball are key to our training. Select sessions may include specific agility training, which may include indoor and outdoor (in the sand) drills.

  • Girls and boys, 1st-6th grade, beginner to lightly experienced
  • The Futures mini-camps are designed to introduce beginners to the sport of volleyball in a single-day or multi-day camp style setting.
  • Sessions will include all-skills training focusing on the six fundamentals of volleyball over the four sessions.
  • Cost varies depending on the session/s selected
