Player Evaluation Date:   April 16, 2024 (530-700pm, 700-830pm, you will be assigned a session)
NO walk-ups will be allowed to participate: We require a signed USAV Med Release form (see below) and EVJ Beach online registration which includes waivers necessary to participate.

The 2024 program will offer 24 hours in the sand over an 8-week period from April 23-June 13.

PLEASE COMPLETE ALL STEPS IN THE FOLLOWING CHECKLIST.  REQUIRED FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN TO EVJ AT THE APRIL 16 PLAYER EVALUATION. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

1. Join the AZ Region of USA Volleyball

• If you have a current indoor membership you will need your 7-digit membership number to complete the beach registration, go to step 2 below.
• If you don't have a current membership, you need to sign up for the summer only membership (available May 1). There is a $15 fee payable directly to the AZ Region/USAV for the membership. Whether you are a renewing member (previous AZ Reg/USAV member) or a new member (new to the AZ Reg/USAV and registering for the first time), log on to the SE MMS System. 
• Once completed, you will get a 7-digit membership number which you will need to complete the beach registration.

2. Online registration.  Click on the registration link below, go through the online registration process and then come back and complete the checklist.

• Print for your records, we DO NOT need a hard copy of your registration

3. Complete a USAV Medical Release Form (CLICK HERE to access form)

• This is required even if you filled one out for indoor
• Print the PDF, sign it, and bring with you to the April 16 player evaluation (required to participate)

4. EVJ Beach Participation Agreement (CLICK HERE to access form)

• We will need this form if you are offered/accept a spot.
• Print, read, initial and sign and bring it with you to the evaluation.

What to bring to the evaluation:

• USAV Medical Release Form (required to participate)
• ​Please wear standard activity clothing such as a t-shirt, and spandex/gym shorts
• Bring lots of water/sports drink for hydration
• Hand sanitizer and a small hand towel

EVJ Beach is planning for a no-cut player evaluation, however, we are limited in total program spots due to space limitations, as a result, we may not offer everyone a spot in the program.   

Beach partners are not required but you are welcome to train with a partner of your choosing.
